What are your hours for tech support and what is your average response time?
While our normal support hours are M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm, we know fire districts are operating (and run into tech problems) far beyond this.

Because of this, we have unlimited 24/7 emergency support so you can always get tech help.

Who will my dedicated team be made up of?
Your 4-person support team will be made up of two IT specialists, an account manager, and a virtual CIO.

In other words, no matter when you reach out, you’ll always be working with someone who knows your tech systems and your account.

What is FeatherShark’s FireTech Collaboration Conference?
As a FeatherShark client, each year we’ll invite you and the other fire districts we work with to come together in a conference where we discuss technology in your industry.

Over the course of the conference, you’ll have the chance to learn from other districts and see what they are doing, find overarching tech problems for fire districts, and brainstorm ways for us to work through them together.
